Hal is co-owner and office manager here at Lily's Mobile Homes Inc. He has tremendous experience in the manufactured home field & construction in general. For years, he was a general contractor who specialized in the removal of older mobile homes where new ones were being placed. For many years, he also built custom made storage sheds to match new manufactured homes. He also worked on numerous construction projects around San Diego (Steele Canyon High School, Airport Terminal 2, Jamacha Elementary along with many others). And best of all, he is a proud Navy Veteran!
